SmartLoving Partners Packages

1. 1. If you choose 'Basic' or 'Free', you simply refer couples to your custom registration page on SmartLoving, and we will collect their enrolment fee.
   2. If you choose 'Pre-paid', it includes the pre-purchase of enrolments. These attract up to 60% discount when purchased in bulk. You take your bookings on your own website or via phone, processing the fee. You can charge whatever fee you like, including a margin to cover your expenses. In a confirmation email to the couple, you provide the link to your custom registration page on the SmartLoving website.

• • Any custom text you wish us to include such as a message from your bishop or from your office

• • Product/Checkout (Free & Basic) or an enrolment form (Pre-paid) that gives Participants immediate access to the SmartLoving course of your choosing.

1. 1. Sends you an annual report of enrolments (Free).
   2. Basic and Pre-pay plans also get:
      1. Notification when a couple enrols via your custom web page.
      2. A weekly spread sheet listing each couple, their basic data (email, wedding date, location etc) and their progress through the course.
      3. An alert reminding you to top up your course enrolments when they run low (Pre-pay).

You can reach out directly to each participant as they progress through the course to offer support or individual coaching sessions. These can be conducted virtually or in person, and may include as many as you desire. Some coordinators provide monthly online gatherings for participants.

• • There is no reason why you should be out of pocket in providing SmartLoving to your community. We offer generous discounts on our bulk packages (up to 60%) which enables you to capture some of those savings to support your work.

• • Set your price for your course at a level that covers all your expenses including those related to the course, postage, storage, administration and labour.

• • We also recommend that you include a margin to cover the registration costs of participants in financial difficulty.
